Queue Monitoring and Alarm View is not properly Reporting
The Alarm and Queue Monitoring View does not report properly and neither does the on-line monitoring view summary:
This is because the batch job Monitoring Summary and Data Collection job has stopped running. In order for this data to update properly this job must be running with the satus of Executing:
To resolve this problem verfiy that this job is running and properly executing. If not, start the job and then verify within Queue Alarm Monitoring that this is working correctly.
